New Perspective Ltd. (8200 Veszprém, Viola u. 2., hereinafter referred to as "Organizer") as the organizer of the EgZoo Mania Animal Fair and Exhibition, as well as the operator of the website www.egzomania.com, the EgZooMania Facebook page and the egzoomania Instagram page "EgZoo Mania registration game - Facebook and Instagram" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game" or "Sweepstakes").

Please note that the Game is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook or Instagram in any way, and Facebook and Instagram are not liable in any respect whatsoever (including but not limited to the rules on the processing of data published and processed, e.g. storage period), nor are they obliged or entitled to handle complaints arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw. The Promoter is solely responsible for the content of the Prize Draw.

Participation in the prize draw is subject to the conditions set out in these rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Date of the draw: 12.02.2025 11:00

Eligibility to participate
All natural persons resident in Hungary who are over 18 years of age at the time of participation are eligible to participate.

If the Winner is incapacitated, only his/her legal representative is entitled to manage the prize and to collect the prize; if the Winner is incapacitated, the legal representative is entitled to collect the prize together with his/her legal representative or, under the legal conditions, the legal representative alone.

Employees of the Promoter are excluded from the Prize Draw, as well as employees of such persons in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. 8:1.§.

In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions of entry, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude the person concerned from the Prize Draw without prior notice. Persons who use any unauthorised means (e.g. hacking software, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.) or otherwise manipulate the Prize Draw to gain an unauthorised advantage, even if suspected by the Promoter, will be excluded from this and all future Prize Draws.

Anyone playing on behalf of a third party without the prior information and consent of the third party may also be excluded from the Prize Draw. In addition, the use of sweepstake associations, automated service providers and, in particular, professional sweepstake services is prohibited. In case of exclusion of Participants, prizes already sent or delivered may be reclaimed.

How the game works
The competition is open on the Organiser's EgZoo Mania Facebook, Instagram pages (https://www.facebook.com/egzoomania; https://www.instagram.com/egzoomania) and on its website (www.egzoomania.com) during the specified period and in person at the EgZoo Mania event on 8 February 2025 between 10am and 6pm. Posts inviting you to the competition will be posted on the EgZoo Mania Facebook and Instagram pages (https://www.facebook.com/egzoomania; https://www.instagram.com/egzoomania) are selected.

In order to participate, Players must, based on these posts, have www.egzoomania.com must register on the website, read the Privacy Notice and consent to the processing of their personal data.

Posts relating to the Prize Draw will be shared on the EgZoo Mania Facebook and Instagram pages at 10:00 on the day of the Prize Draw launch.

Registration is only possible within the indicated time interval (06.02.2025 06:00 and 11.02.2025 23:59). Registration is not possible before or after the indicated time period.

Prize draw
The Organiser is the www.egzoomania.com among valid registrants on the website 1 family (2 adults+2 children) long weekend (2 days 1 night) drawn at random, 150.000 HUF in value, which 31.05.2025 can be used.

Sorting and Notification of Winners
The Promoter will select the Winner of the Game by random draw from among the Players who have validly registered during the duration of the Game on the www.egzoomania.com website. A Player may enter the draw once during the duration of the Game, regardless of the number of times he/she registers.

Following the draw, the Promoter will notify the Winner by e-mail and telephone, and will agree on the need for further administrative/data reconciliation activities, including, but not limited to, the collection of personal data (e.g. full name, telephone number, e-mail address) required for the Promoter to deliver the Prize to the Winner.

The Winner will have 2 calendar days to confirm as stated in the information message.

If the Winner fails to comply with the confirmation, they will lose their right to the prize.

The Promoter will not draw a Substitute Winner.

The prize will be delivered electronically by prior arrangement between the Promoter and the Winner. Within 24 hours of the Winner's response, the Promoter will ensure that the Winner receives the prize, which may be used until 31 May 2025.

Using the legal route
Any disputes between the participants and the Organiser shall be settled by the competent court having jurisdiction in the place where the Organiser is established.

Other provisions
The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of entry at any time without prior notice and without specific notification, if necessary for legal or objective reasons.

The Promoter shall bear all public charges related to the delivery and collection of the prize. Should any part of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. They shall be replaced by legally equivalent provisions which best serve the purpose of the invalid provisions.

The Winner acknowledges that after the date of the draw specified in these Rules, during the contact initiated by the Promoter, the Promoter may require additional personal data to be provided to the Promoter in order to identify the Winner.

Purpose of the processing: to deliver the prize to the Winner.
Legal basis for processing: performance of a contract
Scope of the data processed:

• address (on the address card)
• identity card number

Purpose of data processing: building a customer base in order to send newsletters and DM letters.
Legal basis for processing: voluntary consent
Scope of the data processed:

• full name (first and last name)
• e-mail address
• phone number

Storage period of the processed data: the Organiser will keep the data in its records for 8 years from the date of the Prize transfer, pursuant to Article 169 (2) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.

Post the winner's name on social media (Facebook and Instagram)
Purpose of data processing: to ensure the transparency of the competition to the public
Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest. To ensure the transparency and transparency of the Game. No further data will be published in addition to the display.

Given that the name is displayed on Facebook and Instagram, the storage period is determined by the Facebook and Instagram Privacy Policy.

Database of persons excluded from the game
In the cases listed in these Rules, the Promoter has the right to exclude any person participating in the Game for all of its Games in order to reduce possible abuses, ensure the transparency and fairness of the Game and the chances of winning for Participants who play fairly.

The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Organiser. The legitimate interest of the Organizer is to filter out and exclude Participants who violate the terms and conditions of the Game. The Organiser keeps a database of excluded persons, which records the e-mail address or telephone number, username, full name and the date of exclusion.

The Promoter warrants that it will only grant access to the database to persons who are responsible for the operation of the prize draws or who may be directly involved in the operation of the prize draws. The data recorded will be deleted by the Promoter at 5-yearly intervals.

The Organiser guarantees that the processing of data is carried out in compliance with the applicable legal provisions and provides the Player with the opportunity to request information about the processing of his/her personal data, to access, delete, rectify or restrict the processing of his/her personal data, and to object to the processing of his/her personal data at the following e-mail address: konyveles@npevent.hu.

In the event that the Player requests the deletion of his/her data before the end of the Game or before the draw, he/she will lose his/her participation in the Game, the draw and thus his/her chance to win the prize.

The Player shall have the right to withdraw his consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.

The Data Subject may contact the Data Protection Officer of the Controller (8200 Veszprém, Viola u. 2., e-mail: konyveles@npevent.hu ), you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 11: www.naih.hu ) and may enforce your rights before the courts under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Civil Code.
