The purpose of this Policy is to EgZoo Mania persons participating in the exotic animal fair and exhibition in Budapest (Event organiser/operator: NEW PERSPECTIVE Kft., registered office: 8200 Veszprém, Viola utca 2., company registration number: 19-09-518611 tax number: 14763975-2-19, represented by: Gyurkó Krisztián, hereinafter referred to as: Event) - Exhibitor and Visitor - should be informed about the most important rules concerning the Event.
Acceptance of these Rules is required to enter the Event. By purchasing tickets and participating in the Event, Visitors acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Rules.
In the event of a breach of the Rules of the House, the offending person shall immediately leave the Event upon the request of the Event Organiser or his/her delegate. In this case, no refund of the admission ticket or table reservation fee will be possible.

In order to comply with the provisions of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, the Organiser informs the Visitor that he/she may lodge a complaint regarding the Event at the contact details indicated above. The Organiser will investigate complaints received in accordance with the law.
- Entry to the Event is only possible with a valid ticket and/or exhibitor wristband. Tickets purchased in advance will be exchanged by the Organiser for a wristband upon entry. The wristband must be worn at all times during the Event. The Organiser will be able to check this at the time of exit and entry and at all times during the Event. If the wristband is invalid, the Visitor must leave the Event area. The Organiser will not replace or exchange damaged or lost wristbands. The Organiser will take legal action against forgers and counterfeiters.
- The Organiser reserves the right to restrict the objects and equipment that may be brought into the Event area in order to ensure the safe conduct of the Event. In particular, the following objects and equipment may not be brought into the Event area:
- drugs,
- alcoholic drink,
- pyrotechnic article, explosive, toxic or flammable object or device,
- firearm, knife with a cutting edge longer than 8 cm, butterfly knife, switchblade, gas spray, lead stick, viper, metal chain longer than 50 cm, throwing star, slingshot or other objects particularly dangerous for public safety as defined in the current legislation on particularly dangerous objects for public safety, currently Government Decree 175/2003 (X. 28.).
Visitors may not enter the Event area with restricted objects.
- No pets, other than assistance dogs as defined by the applicable legislation, may be brought into the Event area, except for animals exhibited and for sale.
- The use of open flames is prohibited at the Event venue.
- The rules of the BOK Hall, the venue of the Event (available on site) may contain additional mandatory rules of entry and conduct, which the Visitor is obliged to comply with.
- The Organiser informs the Visitor that photographs and video recordings will be taken at the Event. In this regard, by participating in the Event, the Visitor consents to the recording and use of his/her image. The Visitor shall not be entitled to any compensation for the taking and use of photographs or video recordings. The Visitor participating in the Event may take photographs and video recordings for private purposes only, in full compliance with the applicable laws, and the Organiser shall not be liable for any breach of this obligation.
- Visitor acknowledges that there is a closed-circuit camera surveillance system in operation at the Event venue, further information on which can be obtained from the staff of the BOK Hall operating the Event venue and thus the camera surveillance system.
- During the Event, Visitors and Exhibitors participating in the Event must behave in accordance with generally accepted social norms, with courtesy towards others and in compliance with the relevant rules. Attendees must refrain from any behaviour which may prejudice the rights or legitimate interests, health, physical integrity, etc. of others, or which may cause alarm or disturbance to others, or which may disturb the animals exhibited.
- In order to maintain the peace and quiet of others and the exhibited animals, no loud noise, unwanted physical contact, offensive and aggressive behaviour, littering, vandalism, etc.
- Damage caused at the Event venue shall be compensated to the injured party by the person who caused the damage.
- Visitors must leave the Event venue no later than 18:00 on 10 October 2026 in view of its closure.
- No unauthorised economic, commercial or marketing activity is permitted on the Event site.
- The Organiser is not responsible for valuables brought to the Event.
- The organiser requests that visitors hand in any found objects at the main entrance ticket office.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend these rules.
