The purpose of this Policy is to inform the participants of the EgZoo Mania Budapest Exzootic Animal Fair and Exhibition (Event Organiser/Operator: NEW PERSPECTIVE Kft., registered office: 8200 Veszprém, Viola utca 2., company registration number: 19-09-518611 tax number: 14763975-2-19, represented by: Gyurkó Krisztián, Managing Director, hereinafter referred to as: Event) - whether exhibitors or visitors - about the most important rules concerning the event.

Access to the event requires acceptance of these rules. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, the visitor acknowledges and accepts the terms of this policy.

In the event of a breach of the rules, the person in breach of the rules must immediately leave the venue at the request of the organiser of the event or a person authorised by the organiser. In this case, no refund of the admission ticket or table reservation fee will be made to the person concerned.

In order to comply with the provisions of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, the organiser informs visitors that they can lodge a complaint regarding the event at the contact details indicated above. The organiser will investigate complaints received in accordance with the law.

1. 1. Admission to the event is only possible with a valid ticket and/or an exhibitor wristband. Tickets purchased in advance will be exchanged by the Organisers for an exhibition wristband upon entry. The wristband must be worn at all times during the event. The Organizers will be able to check this at the time of entry and exit and at all times during the Event. If the wristband is invalid, the Visitor must leave the Event area. Damaged or lost wristbands will not be replaced or exchanged by the Organisers. The Organisers will take legal action against forgers and counterfeiters.
   2. The Organizers reserve the right to restrict the items and equipment that may be brought into the Event area in order to ensure the safe conduct of the Event. In particular, the following objects and equipment may not be brought into the Event area:
      
      • drugs,
      • alcoholic drink,
      • pyrotechnic article, explosive, toxic or flammable object or device,
      • firearms, knives with a cutting edge longer than 8 cm, butterfly knives, switchblades, gas sprays, lead batons, vipers, metal chains longer than 50 cm, throwing stars, slingshots, or other objects particularly dangerous to public safety as defined in the current legislation on particularly dangerous objects for public safety, currently Government Decree 175/2003 (X. 28.),
      • Visitors may not enter the Event area with restricted items.
        
        
   3. No pets, other than assistance dogs as defined by the relevant legislation, may be brought into the event area, except for animals exhibited and for sale.
      
      
   4. Open flames are prohibited at the event venue!
      
      
   5. The rules of the Hungarian Railway Historical Park (available at: Hungarian Railway Transport Park AGENDA) may contain additional mandatory rules of access and conduct, which the Visitor is obliged to comply with.
      
      
   6. The organiser informs visitors that the event will be photographed and videoed. In this regard, by attending the event, the visitor consents to the recording and use of his/her image. The visitor shall not be entitled to any compensation for the taking and use of photographs or video recordings. Visitors participating in the event may take photographs or video recordings for private purposes only, in full compliance with the applicable legislation, and the organiser shall not be held liable for any breach of this obligation.
      
      
   7. The visitor acknowledges that there is a closed-circuit camera surveillance system in operation at the venue of the event, further information on which can be obtained from the staff of the Hungarian Railway Historical Park Foundation operating the venue - and thus the camera surveillance system.
      
      
   8. Visitors and exhibitors participating in the event are obliged to behave in accordance with generally accepted social norms, to be courteous to others and to respect the relevant rules during the event. Visitors are obliged to refrain from any behaviour which may prejudice the rights or legitimate interests, health, physical integrity, etc. of others, or which may cause alarm or disturbance to others, or which may disturb the animals exhibited.
      
      
   9. In order to keep the peace and quiet of others and the exhibited animals, no noise, unwanted physical contact, offensive and aggressive behaviour, littering, vandalism, etc.
      
      
   10. Damage caused at the venue of the event must be compensated by the person who caused the damage.
       
       
   11. Visitors must leave the venue no later than 18:00 on 9 June 2024, in view of the closing of the exhibition.
       
       
   12. No unauthorised economic, commercial or marketing activities are allowed on the event site.
       
       
   13. The organiser is not responsible for valuables brought to the event.
       
       
   14. Visitors are kindly requested to hand in their lost and found objects at the main entrance ticket office.
       
       
   15. The organiser reserves the right to amend these rules.
