The purpose of these Exhibitor Regulations is to inform exhibitors participating in EgZoo Mania Budapest Exotic Animal Fair and Exhibition (Event Organiser/Operator: NEW PERSPECTIVE Kft., registered office: 8200 Veszprém, Viola utca 2., company registration number: 19-09-518611 tax number: 14763975-2-19, represented by: Gyurkó Krisztián, Managing Director, hereinafter referred to as: Event) about the most important rules concerning the event.

The EgZoo Mania Budapest Exotic Animal Fair and Exhibition is the public forum for the pet exhibition and pet trade professionals. At this event, interested visitors can learn about different animal species from both the breeding and hobby keeping side. In Hungary, too, more and more people are interested in exotic and special species of animals, which is why this event was born out of our passion for animals.

In order to ensure full compliance with the law and responsible animal husbandry, we have established the following Exhibitor Regulations, which form an integral part of the contract between the exhibitor and the event operator. Exhibitors and any person assisting exhibitors during the event must comply with these Regulations.

I. Rules concerning animals exhibited and/or intended for sale

1. Only exhibitors who have registered, completed and signed an individual agreement and paid the amount indicated on the fee application form within the specified payment deadline will be allowed to sell at EgZoo Mania Expo.
2. Only animals authorised by the legislation in force (Government Decree 41/2010 (26.II.) on the keeping and marketing of pet animals, Act XXVIII of 1998 on the protection and welfare of animals) may be kept and sold at the event, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the relevant legislation.
3. The EgZoo Manian is not allowed to be exhibited, injured, sick or malnourished. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to sell only healthy animals. This can be checked by the official veterinarian of the event during the event.
4. The taxonomic name and sex of the species must be indicated on the display boxes/cages. Animals must be kept in lockable, well ventilated storage boxes/cages of appropriate size and bottom. Animals of different species must not be kept in the same box/cage! The condition of the animals must be monitored at all times and, where appropriate, removed from the display area. If droppings are produced in the exhibition boxes/crates, they must be removed immediately! Adequate humidity must be provided for the animals, for this purpose the Egzoo Mania organisers will prepare water for the tables on request. Animals may only be removed from the boxes/cages after hand disinfection and in the presence of the owner, and hand disinfection must be repeated after reinsertion. When selling animals, the purchaser must always be informed of the correct housing conditions.
5. Please note that the legislation on dangerous animals must be complied with.FM Decree 85/2015 (XII. 17.) on dangerous animals and the detailed rules for their keeping. The importation and sale of dangerous animals, as well as all species of scorpions (Scorpiones spp.) and scolopendromorpha (Scolopendromorpha spp.), is strictly prohibited in the Expo area.
6. The organizers of the event are not responsible for the animals, plants and other products exhibited and sold at the event, for which the exhibitor is solely responsible.

II. Information on rented tables

1. The exhibitors can enter the BOK Sports Hall through the freight gate to the internal parking lot from the Youth Road. For direct loading and unloading, you can line up at the exit and entrance on the side of the BOK Hall. After loading and unloading, you must leave the internal car park.
2. After arrival, before starting the packing, you must collect your exhibitor wristbands at the registration table in the hall, and only then can you start building the rented area. A list of the animals exhibited and sold must be handed in at the registration table, with the species name and number of animals clearly indicated. The on-site veterinarian will visit the exhibitors' tables between 7.00 and 9.00 a.m., before the start of the event, and check the animals on the basis of the list submitted.
3. From 6.00 a.m. construction of the stalls can start and must be completed by 9.30 a.m. The filling of the stalls with the goods to be sold at the exhibition must be completed by 9.30 a.m., after which time no goods may be brought into the exhibition area.
4. The event lasts until 18:00, only then can the trader start dismantling the tables.
5. The Exhibitor must return the rented tables in their original, tidy condition by 20.30 at the latest.
6. Exhibitors will receive a unique wristband. Exhibitor wristbands may only be worn by exhibitors and their associated staff. Exhibitor wristbands cannot be resold. Two wristbands will be provided for 1-2 rented tables, three for 3-4 tables, four for 5-8 tables and five for tables over 9. If you need additional wristbands, you can buy them at the registration table on site for 4000 HUF/each. Exhibitors must wear the wristband throughout the event as it entitles them to move freely using any entrance or exit.
7. By signing the contract, the exhibitor agrees that the event and the organiser may publish in advance on their social media platforms and record audio and visual material from the event.
8. The equipment provided by the Organiser in the Hall may only be used by the Hirer during the event and must be returned at the end of the event in its original condition, without any defects. Otherwise the Organiser shall be entitled to claim damages.
9. The sale, distribution and use of alcohol and drugs is prohibited in the hall. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas of the park. The consumption of alcohol is prohibited inside the Hall.
10. Illuminated persons and persons under the influence of drugs may be excluded from the entire area of the BOK Hall.
11. By signing the contract, the exhibitor accepts and complies with the official regulations, including the BOK Hall's fire, law enforcement, safety, security, property protection, occupational safety and health regulations.
12. The Exhibitor shall pay the price of the rented tables by bank transfer against a fee request, subject to the payment deadline.
13. The rental fee for the tables is 12.000 HUF/table gross for reservations made until midnight 30.06.2025, for reservations received after the special offer period 15.000 HUF/table gross. The tables are 200×100 cm.
14. Tables will be allocated according to the order of registration and by appointment.
15. Either party has the right to terminate the contract in writing up to 30 calendar days before the event, in which case the rental fee paid will be refunded in full. If the exhibitor cancels within 30 calendar days prior to the event, the rental fee is non-refundable. The reservation will only become valid after the financial settlement.
16. The Parties shall be released from their obligation to indemnify as set out above if the party causing the damage proves to the satisfaction of the parties that it was unable to perform its obligations under this contract for reasons beyond its control, unforeseeable at the time of the conclusion of this contract, and beyond the control of the party causing the damage, and that it acted in the manner that could reasonably be expected in the circumstances. (force majeure) A reason which may be considered to fall within the above category may be, in particular, but not exclusively, a road accident, impassable road conditions, a medically certified serious illness or any unexpected event beyond the control of the contractor. In the event of force majeure, the Party claiming such force majeure shall notify the other Party without delay of the fact, the nature and the extent of the impediment.

III. Other provisions

1. Sales during EgZoo Mania can only take place in the BOK Hall, EgZoo Mania is not responsible for transactions outside the event area.
2. New Perspective Ltd. is not responsible for the sale of products, animals, plants and other equipment, etc. at EgZoo Mania, nor for the quality, durability, etc. The exhibitor must ensure compliance with Hungarian legislation, tax obligations in relation to sales and obtain and have on site the necessary documents.
3. Exhibitors are responsible for their own staff and any damage caused by them during the entire exhibition, including loading and unloading.
4. During EgZoo Mania, advertising materials may be distributed and displayed in the entire area of the BOK Hall only with prior permission.
5. The EgZoo Mania team will do their utmost to ensure that both exhibitors and customers leave the event satisfied. To this end, they are trying to attract as many visitors as possible to the event with promotions, advertising and a range of on-site services.
